Plugdata is a free environment that allows you to run Pure Data patches as standalone applications or plugins. QuasaiCrystal is built in Pure Data, so Plugdata is required to use it. Think of it as a free alternative to Max for Live.
QuasaiCrystal works with any DAW that supports VST, AU, or LV2 plugins through Plugdata, including Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Reaper, Bitwig Studio, and more. It even runs standalone (No DAW needed)
Absolutely! QuasaiCrystal is designed to work with any audio samples you provide. You can load up to 4 different samples and morph between them for unique sound design possibilities. There are some built-in samples to get you started
